- Strong expertise in real time communication patterns, with the ability to determine when to use Webhooks versus WebSockets for scalable partner integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of modern authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0 grant types (Authorization Code, PKCE, Client Credentials, etc.) and best practices for secure API access.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact partner programs end-to-end, de-risking delivery through design reviews, proofs of concept, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong governance instincts around versioning, change management, and translating regulatory or compliance requirements into clear technical guidance.
- Ability to produce high-quality reference architectures, technical guides, and training materials while mentoring others and raising documentation quality across the team.
- Skill in turning partner insights into clear, sequenced product requirements and driving cross-team initiatives to close platform gaps.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
