AI video creator

About the role:

B12 is looking for an AI-native video creator to make daily short-form content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Using generative AI tools, you’ll turn provided hooks into engaging 15-60 second videos that capture attention and drive signups. This is a remote, flexible role (25 hours/week or less).

Responsibilities

• Produce daily short-form videos (~60 seconds each or less) per weekday using AI tools for visuals, voiceover, and editing. You don’t need to be on camera, but your videos have to immediately capture viewers’ attention and offer real value to them.
  
  
• Turn the talking points and hooks provided to you into compelling scripts.
  
  
• Use generative AI platforms (e.g., Sora, Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Veo, Descript, InVideo) to design persona-based or animated content.
  
  
• Experiment with trending audio, memes, captions, and video formats to maximize reach and engagement.
  
  
• Develop repeatable workflows for AI-assisted video creation.
  
  
• Stay current on TikTok, Shorts, and Reels trends, and adapt them to fit B12.

Requirements

• Experience creating short-form social video content (professional or personal).
• Demonstrated use of generative AI in your work (e.g., Runway, Pika, Veo, Synthesia, Descript, CapCut, ElevenLabs, etc.).
• Understanding of TikTok/Shorts storytelling (hooks, captions, pacing, watch time optimization).
• Ability to work independently and deliver 1-3 high-quality videos consistently each day.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
• [Bonus] You’ve had a TikTok, Reel, or Short go viral.

• While this role is remote, your videos should resonate with a US-based audience (as well as other geographies).
