- You’ll help maintain and evolve our front-end stack, including Relay, React, and React Router, and advance tooling and best practices for their use.
- You’ll architect reusable, accessible components and patterns that power both customer experiences and our design system.
- You’ll work with engineers across the stack (React, Relay, GraphQL, React Router, Node, PostgreSQL, AWS) to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions.
- You’ll provide substantial mentorship to less experienced colleagues, helping to refine their technical craft and expand their knowledge.
- You’ll contribute to our engineering practices, identifying and evangelizing improvements to our team output.
- You'll be a champion for accessibility and clean code across our engineering organization and particularly our design system and shared experiences.
What You Will Bring to the Table
- You have 5+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-level applications.

- You ensure that navigation, layouts, and design patterns are consistent, so customers enjoy a cohesive and intuitive experience.
- You excel at building complex, real-world components and flows that are intuitive, reusable, and adaptable to different customer needs.
- You have hands-on experience with design systems or UI frameworks, and you know how to evolve them in service of delivering better customer-facing experiences.
- You understand and promote the benefits of pragmatic testing, from the component level to entire pages.
