About the Role
Hinge is hiring a Senior Strategist to join our Culture & Consumer Insights team (CCI). The team's mission is to uncover deep human insights and translate them into business-wide strategies that will help Hinge lead and innovate in the dating app category. As a Senior Strategist on the team, you will connect cultural intelligence with brand ambition, shaping Hinge’s marketing strategy, evolving brand platforms, and inspiring new ideas across creative, comms, and media.
You’ll design and run brand learning sprints, lead audience research, and introduce methods that keep our team connected to the people we serve. You’ll work side by side with brand strategists, creatives, and comms partners to evolve existing platforms like No Ordinary Love and to inspire entirely new ones. Day to day, you might be writing research briefs, moderating focus groups, guiding research partners, or turning insights into marketing strategies that deeply resonate in culture.
