About the team/role
As a Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance - Enterprise, you will join a growing and dynamic team that is crucial to delivering data accuracy and compliance for Checkr’s enterprise customer base. This role will be pivotal to the company’s enterprise support offering, ensuring a white-glove experience by consistently delivering quality assurance and customer standards with exceptional precision.
You will independently drive in-depth research, often accessing sensitive data directly from its source, to uphold best-in-class accuracy, compliance, and strict adherence to customer agreements.
What you’ll do
- Execute and meticulously process complex background checks, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy across identity verification, compliance adherence, and data classification.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into source information, navigating government databases and directly contacting relevant agencies for precise data retrieval
- Systematically package research findings and deliver comprehensive results to enterprise customers in a repeatable and standardized manner
- Proactively identify, thoroughly investigate complex issues, developing and driving effective, solutions for customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Legal to identify process improvements and enhance overall data quality and customer satisfaction
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience within the background check industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry standards and practices
- Strong understanding of the US court system, including familiarity with accessing public access terminals and communicating with court agencies
- Exceptional research and investigative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to uncover critical information efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment

The hourly pay range for this role is $24.00 - $29.80 in Nashville, TN.
