Quantum-Si is seeking a talented and experienced Manufacturing Associate II – Reagents to join the Operations team supporting day-to-day manufacturing execution in the Reagent Manufacturing workstream.
As part of the team, your core responsibilities will be:
· Execute detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
· Execute manufacturing batch records
· Complete all projects as designed and documented to produce finished products and meet production as well as annual goals
· Lead the fill-finish and packaging line which Involves light-medium automation for filling, capping, and labeling of critical materials and provide measurement data to engineering
· Weigh, measure, and inspect raw materials and/or manufacturing parts to assure that batches manufactured contain proper ingredients, quantities, and conform to predefined specifications
· Crosstrain with the manufacturing team to become support for technical manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g. HPLCs, Lyophilizers, Plate Readers, etc.)
· Lead the material handling, kitting and staging of materials for work orders
· Enter all build transactions in the ERP system (NetSuite) to reconcile material assemblies
· Ensure batch record accuracy as it relates to physical inventory and transactional information
· Participate in daily 6S audits and assist in continuous improvement tasks resulting from findings
· Maintain general lab organization and restocking of lab supplies
· Ensure accuracy of inventory for supply chain and finance excellence through regular cycle counting and material control via batch record reconciliation and labeling accuracy
· Efficiently balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
· Assist lead/supervisor in all aspects of manufacturing processes
· Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science or related discipline
· 2 years working in a similar role
· General biological and chemical laboratory skills
· Working knowledge of GDP, GMP
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
· Attention to detail, good organizational skills and team-oriented
· Proficiency in using common lab equipment eg. pipettes, repeater pipettes, pH meter
· Ability to follow work instructions
The estimated base salary range for this role based in the United States of America is: $55,000 – $70,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, level of the position, an individual’s skills, knowledge and abilities, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all full-time employees are eligible for our discretionary bonus program and equity as part of the compensation package.
