The Senior Associate, International Tax is responsible for the preparation and assistance with the review of the Company’s non-US and US international accounting and compliance processes, as well as the Pillar 2 GLoBE calculations and filings.  The Senior Associates who succeed on this team can analyze and solve problems and work in a team environment while building consensus, an ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs, excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong organization & prioritization skills, and healthy attention to detail.

How you'll make an impact:
  • You will assist in the completion of the non-US income tax provisions and income tax returns
  • You will assist in the completion of all US international tax computations, including FDII, GILTI, BEAT, E&P, FTC limitations & utilization
  • You will assist in the completion of the US international tax forms, including Forms 5471 and 8858
  • You will assist in the preparation and review of Form 8975
  • You will assist in the completion of all Pillar 2 related computations for both the tax provision and compliance processes
  • You will follow, maintain, and document accounting and compliance-related internal controls and procedures according to SOX 404 guidelines
  • You will stay current on tax laws, rules, regulations, and accounting pronouncements impacting Match Group
  • You will partner with the transfer pricing, tax planning, and other internal and external teams as necessary
  • You will assist with tax audit issues as necessary, and help with special projects as needed.
    • We could be a match if:
  • You have a BS or BBA in Accounting or Finance and a CPA
  • You have 2+ years in Big 4 public accounting and/or large, public company tax department
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and OneSource (TaxStream) or other equivalent provision and compliance software 
  • You have a Masters of Tax (preferred)
