As Nerds, our insight, innovation, and expertise are celebrated, and our growth is not only encouraged but expected. Being a Nerd means stepping up and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.  We’re curious, fearless (well, not totally fearless – there are heights and spiders, after all), and always our authentic selves.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer (Dialogflow CX) to join our team!  We invite you to check out the details below and consider whether becoming a Nerd is the next step in your career journey.

  • Integrate Dialogflow CX with Mulesoft APIs to facilitate robust data exchanges, enhancing the conversational experience with dynamic data-driven responses.
  • Leverage SQL and Python for data ingestion and designing flows in Dialogflow CX.
  • Explore and incorporate GenAI technologies to enhance conversational interfaces and data processing capabilities, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven interactions.
  • Manage flow-level versioning and environments within Dialogflow CX, enabling effective testing and iteration of conversational models.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversational flows and user experience, making data-driven decisions to improve performance and engagement.
  • Extend the capabilities of Dialogflow CX through expanded fulfillment options, allowing for more flexible and responsive conversational actions.
  • Deploy and configure Dialogflow agents that can be integrated into front-end javascript applications like React.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 6+ years of professional experience within the software industry
  • Expert proficiency in Dialogflow CX, with a solid understanding of its new features, such as interactive flow visualizations, state-based data models, and flow-level versioning.
  • Experience in API integration, particularly with Mulesoft.
  • Knowledge of GenAI technologies and their application in enhancing conversational AI and data analytics.
