Associate, CRM

 

Role Description: Aura is a fast-growing family photo sharing platform with a global team of 70+. Weโ€™re looking for an Associate, CRM who will assist with the management of our CRM program by coordinating email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail campaigns. This role reports to the Associate Director, CRM, and is a critical part of scaling our retention marketing efforts and driving revenue growth and profitability.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Manage the master Email/SMS calendar
  • Project manage and partner with internal stakeholders to create and launch campaigns across email, SMS, push notification, and direct mail. 
  • Assist in creating 1:1 experiences for our customers across all CRM channels to drive retention, reduce churn, and maximize LTV. 
  • Monitor channel results and own campaign performance reporting.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on ways to optimize channel performance.
  • Assist in database management by updating customer profiles and building segments to support KPIs. 
  • Support the CRM program with ongoing improvements to CRM channels and processes by establishing standard operating procedures and best practices.

 

Key Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of work experience in email marketing for a high growth direct-to-consumer brand is a plus, but is not required to succeed in this role
  • NYC-based; this role is hybrid and should plan to be in our East Village office 3 days per week on average
  • Knowledge and experience with A/B testing methods.
  • Experience with ESP and CRM platforms - Klaviyo experience is a plus. 
  • Insights-driven and bias toward action; take data and turn it into actionable next steps
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized; very responsive with excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and is comfortable making decisions
  • Comfortable working in a startup or similar fast-paced environment where priorities and goals may change quickly
  • Enjoys being part of a small team in a fast-growing industry, and helping build a business that brings happiness and joy to people's lives

Compensation and Benefits:

At Aura, we believe in creating a happy and supportive work environment so you are set up to succeed in your job and do the best work of your career. We have offices in New York City and San Francisco. Compensation for this position is $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience.
