As a Senior Red Team Engineer, you'll be planning and conducting complex adversarial attacks on brands within the Match Group portfolio. The scope of the role spans applications, infrastructure, devices, vendors, and anything else potentially a risk to the organization. Candidates that will excel in the role have strong technical backgrounds with a track record of finding critical vulnerabilities; while having creative approaches in performing impactful engagements.

How you'll make an impact:
  • You will plan and conduct complex attacks on applications and infrastructure with an emphasis on critical functions.
  • You will develop tooling and methods for emulating malicious actor behavior aimed at avoiding detection.
  • You will research emerging technologies and exploitation methods relevant to brands within Match Group.
  • You will compile and present comprehensive campaign results to key stakeholders.

  • You possess and employ a high level of technical proficiency in multiple disciplines relevant to security.
  • You have experience assessing web and mobile applications as well as infrastructure security controls.
  • You have an excellent testing methodology and a history of finding high impact vulnerabilities in hardened targets.
