The Opportunity

Support, operational and strategic consulting for your customers (implementation of dashboard-type tests, or monthly attrakdiff, development of a feature team-type research organization, methodological workshops, insights gathered following analysis). You guarantee the success of your customers' annual UX Research Remote User Test projects.

What you will be doing...

Consulting: UX testing strategy

  • Contribute to customers' UX Research strategy and remote user testing roadmap
  • Contribute to the interpretation of user test results
  • Design support mechanisms based on test ideas and industry best practicesCoaching and training: Methodology ● Organize and run methodological workshops (focus groups, tree tests, UX Writing, etc.).
  • Set up dashboard and adminster tests.
  • Carry out UX Research studies (protocol writing, analysis, etc.)
  • Participate in enriching the documentary base and animation (protocol library, thematic training, videos, customer webinars, etc.).

Customer relations: long-term collaboration

Maintain customer relations in partnership with the Account Executive teamIdentify drops in activity, in-actives, potential dropouts and implement appropriate actions in partnership with the Account Executive team.
