Job Description
Boulder/Denver Metro Area, Colorado or Remote (US Only)

You’re a hands-on growth-engineering leader who’s either managed a small team for a year or two, or who’s interested in stepping from Tech Lead to an Engineering Manager role. You’ll lead engineering for our new Product-Led Growth (PLG) team, working closely with your counterparts in product management and design. You’ll start out leading a couple of engineers.

Over time, as the PLG team succeeds, your team will grow. The PLG team will have a huge impact on the company. We’re excited to see you apply your experience with multivariate testing and rapid experimentation in order to help our customers learn about and love Bonusly.

Specifically, you’ll:
  • Join as the third member of our PLG triad.
  • Write a lot of code, and help your team write a lot of code, too.
  • Iterate quickly using data to back your conclusions about what does and doesn’t work.
  • Hire engineers as the PLG team becomes even more impactful.
  • Collaborate across the company generally, and specifically with our Marketing and Sales teams.

  • Have been an engineering manager for a couple of years, or
  • Have been a tech lead for a few years and are ready to get into engineering management.
  • Believe Ruby on Rails and React are still cool.
  • Have a strong background in growth engineering

  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally in the HRTech space

  • Compensation:
  • Salary range: $160,000-$200,000
