Job Summary:

The intern(s) will be supporting the implementation and rollout of new software tools within the PANDE department. They will be working with the Engineering Operations team. Although this can be remote, we favour candidates local to Edinburgh, who are willing to use our office and contribute to our culture.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Administer shared software tools for activity tracking, issue tracking and collaboration
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend software solutions in order to improve performance and efficiency
  • Respond to user request and incident tickets requiring application level intervention
  • Create and maintain documentation describing the setup, configuration and use of software
  • Maintain and develop knowledge base articles, policies and procedures
  • Plan and execute change programs
  • Support Program Managers as required - attending stand-ups, preparing status reports, etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Effective communication, both written and spoken
  • Familiar with agile development processes such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Familiar with SaaS product development

Education and Experience:

Final year graduate in an information technology-related discipline.
