We’re looking for a Solutions Architect, Business Technology to help us partner closely cross-functionally and identify opportunities to improve our processes and the effectiveness of our business systems. As the Solutions Architect, Business Technology, you will translate business needs into system requirements and develop scalable technical solutions.This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of our core business systems. This is an exciting opportunity to build the foundation for our most important business systems and processes!

About the role

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $122,000 - $168,000 for most US locations and $136,000 - $187,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • Reporting to the Business Technology Manager

As a Solutions Architect, Business Technology, you'll… 

  • Translate business requirements, drive solution design, architecture, and implementation of projects across Salesforce, Workday and other business systems to enhance and support key business and technical processes, often including complex project delivery with third-party system integration and other custom tools
  • Communicate and consult with end users and stakeholders to understand objectives, share platform capabilities, and architect appropriate solutions
  • Provide thought-leadership to business partners by recommending innovative features, products, and technologies that should be introduced into the product roadmap to accelerate realization of business vision and goals
  • Experience running end-to-end testing: functional, regression, UAT
  • Understand the current challenges and issues with GTM and People systems to build and deliver scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with respective teams to resolve operational issues and challenges

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Solutions Architect, Business Technology if you:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting business systems such as HRIS, CRM and other business applications
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and CRM systems like Salesforce is highly desirable
  • Experience leading end-to-end system implementations including project management, communication, change management, requirement, design, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, hypercare and post production support
  • Ability to work both independently or as part of a cross-functional team to collaborate on special projects and initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, work with others and follow through to execute all tasks; be able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Are someone who obsesses about the employee experience
