We’re looking for a Talent Management & Learning Specialist to join our team! Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management & Learning, this role will be global in scope and is a core member of Tinder’s People team while having the unique opportunity to partner with all business units and regional HR teams across Tinder. You will partner with leaders and teams by supporting the design of tools, processes and development methods that support and ensure effective attraction, development and retention of the organization’s talent and leadership capability. The ideal candidate for this role has outstanding people skills as well as keen business acumen. Responsibilities
  • Research, assess and design content and curriculum for talent development programs to support employee development and organizational effectiveness
  • Plan, implement and continuously support performance management process to enable best practices in performance feedback, career pathing and professional development
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with Tinder’s HRBP team and business leaders to consult on talent solutions, support change and process improvements, and help drive business goals forward
  • Design, coordinate and deploy internal talent development programs such as speaker series, book clubs, and lunch & learns. 
  • Support employee onboarding programs across all global Tinder offices and continuously iterate to enhance and improve 
  • Assess team dynamics and develop team-building interventions, workshops, and/or leadership offsites 
  • Partner with key stakeholders on the engagement survey process, including analysis of insights, communicating results, and action planning 
  • Manage and maintain content such as Self-Service documentation for Learning & Development on intranet and/or LMSDesign, develop and deliver on-demand talent development and management tools such as job aids, guides, templates and/or FAQs 
  • Market internal offerings and establish a regular communication cadence to help employees make the most of our learning opportunities 
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as they relate to talent management, learning, and employee experience, as needed 
  • What we're looking for:
  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, OD or related field
  • Masters Degree in OD, HR or other related discipline
  • Experience in designing and facilitating talent development programs is a must
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills
  • Strong instructional design, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and influence skills
  • Experience with effectiveness and development tools such as: 360s, DiSC, Hogan, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, etc.
  • Nice to haves:
  • Experience building learning programs in the tech industry
  • Experience with change management approaches and methodologies
  • Previous experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Certified facilitator in Everything DiSC
