At Salesloft, our Interns are pivotal to our company’s long-term success. You will be a key member of one of our fast-growing and high-performing product development team (specifically Engineering).
In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to spearhead a project, work cross-functionally (gaining exposure to how each Salesloft team works with and through one another), and participate in various events with your internship class. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a group of hungry, humble, and smart college students to join us from February to August 2022. If you’re passionate about innovation, growth, serving customers and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, then a Salesloft Internship is for you!
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:
- Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited university in the state of Georgia
- Computer Science or Management Information Systems majors preferred
- Bonus points if you have experience with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Golang, Node.js, or React.js
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Are ambitious and driven, thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Demonstrate a teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:
- Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
- Attend the half-day introduction to Salesloft Engineering, where you will get a high-level introduction to the architecture of the platform and learn the basic processes of the Engineering Team
- Assist with committing production code
- Begin 1:1’s with your manager, meet current members of the Salesloft product development team that will be key relationships in accomplishing your goals
- Set goals with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Become knowledgeable of your pod’s surface area
- Contribute to the development of a new product feature
- Complete a project adding real value the team you are working with throughout the summer
- Gain exposure to leadership by presenting on your work/learnings over the last few months
- Leave with an understanding of the sales enablement technology space
- Have a lot of fun along the way!
