Interview Process

1. 1 problem to solve and you have the full hour to solve it. Problem is pulled from a real function in our codebase and it's very easy to understand.


Do you freak out with excitement over the latest new hardware and software? Think you have what it takes to keep a growing software company thrumming like a nuclear submarine? 

Well, Incredible Health is looking for a fantastic IT Security Lead to start our IT practice and help us push to the next phase of our growth. Play a visible and core role in educating our team on how to be security-minded. Build out a management system for our fleet of all-remote laptops, one that can grow and change as the company does. Be the go to master of IT and security that our company can rely on! 

Usual days include:

  • Staying up to date on latest and most impactful changes to software we all depend on
  • Managing our cloud services: AWS, Google, communication software.
  • Supporting co-workers when they manage to put their computers into a bad place.
  • Ensuring that new employees get access to everything they need, and employees that are leaving are locked out.
  • Setting up, administering, supporting, and being the all-around go-to person on configuring 3rd party tools that help us do our work.
  • Creating and maintaining security protocols for maximizing our operational security
  • Play professor and educate our team on everything security.
  • Working with leadership to develop security requirements and implement them within the organization
  • Build out the IT function over time as we continue our high-growth trajectory.
  • Advising on security matters during project planning and development.
  • Be the savior in the event of a security breach/issue. Providing support and analysis to the team.
  • Be the digital Shepard, leading and overseeing the fleet of all-remote hardware: provisioning, decommissioning, security patches, and technical support

Unusual days include:

  • Playing online team games until the wee hours of the afternoon
  • Enjoying team trivia, magic shows, and team game nights!
  • Traveling to Napa and relaxing in the breeze (again soon with things opening back up!)

You might be the one we're looking for if: 

  • You have led startups or significant teams to develop best practices in security
  • Managing a scaling fleet of remote devices across the US and beyond is something you can do in your sleep
  • You nerd out on new third party tools and services, staying up to date so Incredible Health can! 
  • You like your records solid, clean, and bulletproof.
  • You have scaled security to fight off the ever increasing phishers and breachers in a fast and high tech environment
  • You’ve worked in security for a half dozen (or more) trips around the Sun.
