About the Role:

The Marketing Web Developer is an integral part of our Marketing Team as we manage, maintain, and optimize our public-facing websites, landing pages, and services. You’ll get to work on various projects supporting our Marketing team, implementing user tests, creating targeted landing pages, and ensuring our site maintains its high SEO performance and accessible UX. We encourage you to own your work, be responsive, be resourceful, and collaborate with team members.

As a Marketing Web Developer, you’ll get to:
  • Work with a fun brand.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic world-class design team.
  • Build for cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.
  • Proactively solve website problems.
  • Maintain existing websites, landing pages, and tools.
  • Develop new features and work on projects that tie back to real, tangible impact on the business. 
  • Create custom page components with HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript.

    • What you bring to the table:
  • Work in a team-focused culture, collaborating and iterating with cross-functional teams.
  • Own deliverables and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Enjoy opportunities to learn and use new technologies.
  • Present solutions and implement them.
  • Bench press a mechanical keyboard.
  • Have experience collaborating in an Agile development process.
  • Understand marketing automation tools and workflows.
  • Approach problem-solving creatively.
  • Produce practical ideas under tight timelines.
  • Understand the maintenance and monitoring of website performance.

  • Minimum 5 years of Front End Web Development experience.
  • Experience with front-end technologies including CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and HTML5.
  • Experience with various Jamstack frameworks.
  • Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, React, and Angular.
  • Knowledge of code versioning using Git.
  • Good understanding of SEO with a focus on optimization.
  • Experience with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector.
  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
  • Experience converting ideas and early-stage design compositions into code. 
  • Good communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Experience balancing multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
  • Must be able to articulate ideas to non-technical audiences.
