We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Monetization group focusing on creating a commercial platform for our customers. The Monetization team is looking for a teammate that has mastered software engineering, is highly collaborative, cares deeply about the mission of our company (improving fairness in the criminal justice system), is eager to work with a diverse team of mid to senior engineers, and has a quality-focused mindset.
What you bring:
- 8+ years of programming experience
- Expert-level programming experience
- 3+ years of Experience as a tech lead or architect for projects and initiatives with industry-wide impact
- A strong drive for quality, scalability, and performance
- Experience in mentoring/influencing engineers across organizations/teams
- A strong sense of ownership
- A great desire to learn, collaborate, improve, and innovate

*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within Colorado is $160,395 - $188,700.
