At Salesloft, our Senior Web Designer is pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing marketing team. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for helping deliver the best Digital experiences across Salesloft’s web platforms. Specifically, you will:

  • Command the full design process including design creation, conceptualization, wireframing/storyboarding, and finalizing layouts for mobile and desktop
  • ​​Create designs for salesloft.com and all related pages, as well as designs for landing pages, advertising, and other web properties
  • Develop component kit for web elements to create standardized reusable templates for web to be used in multiple places on salesloft.com
  • Apply current design trends and Salesloft branding styles to create and evolve powerful brand narratives and visually compelling digital products
  • Define design priorities for Salesloft web properties to meet our business objectives and remain a market leader
  • Collect input and direction from across marketing to meet the broader team’s needs
  • Collaborate with Salesloft website development team to execute your designs while being mindful of implementation tradeoffs
  • Design and present data-driven user experience (UX) insights to marketing team and other subject matter experts as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

THE TEAM:

Our Salesloft’s Marketing team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming demand generation specialists, inbound SDRs, product marketers and industry leaders who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Marketing team consists of results-oriented SaaS marketing professionals defining and owning the sales engagement market. THE SKILL SET:

  • 3 - 5 yrs experience as a UX Designer, Web Designer, or Interactive Designer
  • BA/BS degree or other relevant experience
  • Analytical mind with proven ability to dissect problems, implement best practices, and devise solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Obsessive attention to detail to achieve pixel perfection
  • Fluency in Google Analytics and web tracking tools
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Design experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and build productive internal/external working relationships
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Effective communication skills to convey design choices and insights to non-experts
  • An understanding of tradeoffs from web engineering implementation practices
  • Knowledge of quality assurance/quality control processes
  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action 

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and delve into your territory
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Familiarize  yourself with all of our systems

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Access current state of our digital presence and strategize interactive design improvements
  • Meet regularly with creative and web development teams to begin executing internal project requests
  • Become an expert on internal tools and processes

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Use your creativity and eye for design – along with your technical knowledge – to concept, design, and develop great experiences for Salesloft’s digital presence
  • Translate customer and internal needs into user-friendly designs that have a direct impact on prospect and customer experience with our brand
  • Lead the development of best practices for Salesloft’s web and interactive strategies
  • Measure and analyze the success of your web and interactive strategies and be able to present key findings to leadership
  • Continue to focus on your OKRs

It is Salesloft’s intent to pay all Lofters competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable.  The goal of Salesloft’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay with our organization.  

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location..

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $78,000 to $133,000.  

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
