Match Group is searching for a high energy Global Cash Manager to work at our Dallas headquarters. The Treasury team at Match Group manages the global cash, bank accounts, investment and debt, banking, and treasury systems for our portfolio of dating site brands. The Global Cash Manager will have ongoing responsibilities monitoring cash transactions, reporting cash operation activities, maintaining liquidity and cash forecasting, along with ad hoc projects and direct interaction with the Match Group Treasurer.

Our portfolio of brands includes Tinder,Match, OkCupid, Hinge, PlentyOfFish, as well as a number of other brands, each designed to increase our users' likelihood of finding a meaningful connection.
How you'll make an impact:
  • You will supervise the Sr. Treasury Analyst and monitor and manage the company’s daily cash position and cash management activities
  • You will manage, maintain, and administer bank relationships, reporting, and bank portals
  • You will recommend and implement improvements to current cash management processes
  • You will review and maintain quarterly Sox reporting
  • You will update and ensure compliance with FBAR, FACTA, Dodd Frank and ISDA, and any other rules governing cash transactions and banking
  • You will work with business partners to enhance accuracy of the cash forecast
  • You will lead or participate in special projects and prepare reports or analysis for management as needed
    • We could be a match if:
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in treasury operations or corporate finance with international exposure
  • You have knowledge of financial markets, Banking, Treasury, cash positioning and forecasting
  • You have experience with TMS (Kyriba preferred)
  • You have strong MS Office skills with an emphasis on Excel
  • CTP preferred

  • You will report to the Director of Global Treasury located at the Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, TX
  • Successful Global Cash Managers on this team are proactive problem solvers able to work in a fast-paced environment, are deadline oriented, and have excellent organizational skills with an ability to handle conflicting priorities
