Job Summary:
UserTesting are looking for an experienced Automation focussed Quality Assurance professional, with a background of using Selenium and SQL to perform manual QA activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Write maintain test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on specifications and requirements for technically complex applications
- Execute manual and automated tests and identify, communicate, and document discrepancies encountered during the testing process.
- Enter, review and update software defects in defect tracking database.
- Create, execute and maintain automated test scripts using selenium test automation framework
- Pursue automation in all testing cycles, avoiding manual rework as much as possible.
- Work with the release coordination team in deploying application code to different environments.
- Help the support team triage bugs and troubleshoot issues as soon as they are identified
Skills Required
- Deep experience with different types of testing including - Sanity / Functional / Smoke / Regression /
- Knowledge of accessibility testing
- Experience with Atlassian Jira is a plus
- Knowledge on Javascript test framework is highly recommended
- Experience with SQL Testing
- In-depth knowledge of testing CRM applications (Salesforce).
- Familiarity with SDLC, quality standards and test methodologies
- Must Have strong experience working in an Agile development environment
- Hands on experience with Selenium Webdriver test automation tool
- Hands on Experience with Selenium Grid and Javascript desired.
