We are seeking a senior-level individual who will establish QA/QC as a formal practice within Bonusly and who will work cross-functionally with our Engineering teams to ensure that our product meets internal quality standards and exceeds customer expectations. You will positively impact some of the most influential companies in the world such as Hulu, Chobani, Headspace, Palo Alto Networks, and more by collaborating on a product that empowers employees to show appreciation for each other, build stronger working relationships, and feel a greater sense of belonging.
We're looking for someone who is both highly analytical and enthusiastically creative. Ideally, you are a seasoned QA engineer who can empathize with users, take the lead on testing and acceptance processes, and make actionable recommendations on process and organizational improvements. Finally, you will use your experience in modern test frameworks and tooling to drive best practices across our engineering teams.What you’ll do:
