Reporting to the Creative Director, the Marketing Creative Studio Manager will lead day-to-day management of the creative workflow through final delivery & post mortem completion. This person will take lead on large-scale cross-functional efforts and ownership of ad hoc/medium/smaller scale efforts like direct response advertising or internal briefs.
Responsibilities:
  • Owner of studio resourcing and team project processes:
  • Supervise and prioritize of briefs/asks coming to the Hinge Marketing Studio 
  • Manage project timelines, review cadence, and resourcing against each brief.
  • People bandwidth management - Flag future resource gaps to fill with freelance support where needed
  • Spearhead internal project from ask, to strategy brief, team briefing, production staffing, final production, deliverables cataloging, and internal postmortem.
  • Own structure and review process during weekly and daily Creative Review sessions
  • Lead brand, marketing, and internal projects, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of the creative workflow and stakeholder management:
  • Partner with creative and cross-functional stakeholders to scope projects and build project approaches
  • Possess an understanding of the capabilities and production needs for all creative production types (digital media, web, product. experiential, print etc.)
  • Track project progress, maintenance, and communication of status
  • Develop and manage budgets adhering to scope, timing and approved budgets 
  • Organize and lead project meetings, including developing agendas and capturing action items
  • Foster and build relationships with cross-functional partners across the company
  • Mitigate risk and be proactive on any potential project problems with a solution oriented mindset
  • Ensure the highest creative standards are achieved and on brand
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, business affairs on large projects for sign-off
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • We’re looking for an individual with 4+ years of Project Management and/or Creative Production experience, with a focus on creative, executional and organizational excellence. 
  • This individual is highly organized with a proven history of collaborating with creative people and creating success through organizational leadership. 
  • Previous experience working with agency creative teams and/ or internal creative partners is a must. This individual understands the inner workings of how an internal marketing team works and creates the optimal environment for innovation through calculated risks. This includes understanding the working relationships with creative agencies, internal creative teams, and support teams like legal and finance. 
  • Must be confident, calm under pressure, and optimistic with a proactive ‘what’s coming next’ mindset. They will own the execution of the Marketing campaigns and collaborate with the Creative Director to set the team up for success. 
  • A direct communicator internally and externally that helps the group understand executional limitations. This person must help us make good choices and be true to Hinge values. Keeping the team focused means prioritizing projects, using energy wisely, considering the best solution for the team, the company, the brand, and for Hinge users.
