Skills & Experience
Every project & contract role requires different skills, but typically, our contractors have deep knowledge and experience in their craft. As a rule of thumb, our contractors should generally have deep subject matter expertise and proficiency in their respective concentrations, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Additionally contractors at Promptworks are expected to:
- Produce top quality work product for our clients and providing them with direction
- Work well in a small team and independently when necessary
- Participate in daily stand up and weekly planning & retrospective meetings
- Interface directly with our clients, gathering their needs and managing their expectations
Location & time requirements
- US and Canada remote hires only
- Contractors are expected to work between 20 and 40 hours per week
- Should be able to generally work and take meetings between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Eastern Standard Time
