We’re looking for a technical leader who is passionate about quality and cares deeply about building robust automation tools and best practices that enable scale. Not only will you automate and build the tools that support scaling out our architecture, you’ll also work closely with the rest of engineering to enable your peers to deliver and manage their features with high quality safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Define the approach and build testing tools to support internationalization and localization testing efforts.
• Develop, implement and maintain best practices for test automation.
• Partner with engineering to set up scalable, robust automation frameworks supporting web and mobile applications.
• Integrate automated tests with release pipelines and run tests across different test environments.
• Increase test automation coverage and help deploy higher quality code.

Who you are

• 8+ years of experience leading automation efforts with a history of delivering effective & scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in testing, automation, and DevOps.
• Experience with web automation using Selenium, Cypress or similar tools.
• Experience in building, supporting, maintaining and scaling automation in a CI/CD environment.
• Experience working with cloud, container and virtualization tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow developers about quality-related needs.
• Prior experience building tools and frameworks for automated internationalization and localization testing is a plus.

The compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their location, relevant skills and experience. For Colorado and New York City based roles, the base salary range for this role is $200,790-$260,590. The total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
