Who You Are 

We are looking for a staff engineer with strong architectural experience to work with our Closing Services team to build exciting new title and escrow products. You are a self-starter, early founding engineer that can write code, help lead a team and work closely with product and business stakeholders. This position will report directly to the VP of Engineering.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Found a new engineering team focused exclusively on our closing services business
  • Technology generalist
  • Partner with the Director of Product, Closing Services
  • Work with event driven systems
  • Build new consumer, agent and internal facing products
  • Provide technical mentorship for the team
  • Build understanding and consensus around architectural decisions

You Have 

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in Rails
  • Strong architectural experience
  • Strong experience scaling applications, preferably in Rails
  • Mentorship and/or management experience
